BT Personal Skills Journey: Team working

This reading defines the main characteristics of a successful team, be it a sports club, a family, a class or a company. Students are encouraged to cast themselves in a role: the creative, the peace-keeper, the doer, the technical specialist, etc... and think about their type of intelligence (i.e. practical, spatial, communicative...) and their style of learning. For this last aspect there are 3 categories: auditory, visual and practical learners. For each one there are tips to face different tasks at school and at work.
